Greg Baldwin
Chairman & CEO of Baxa Corporation
Englewood, Colorado

Baldwin is a standard-bearer for organic growth strategies in business and often speaks to organizations addressing the topic of "business growth without venture capital." He is a proponent of simplified strategic planning and has been a strong advocate for lean manufacturing practice, Six Sigma and investment in research, development and product planning activities.
Education: MBA, Boston University. BA in Economics and Philosophy, Bowdoin College.

Baldwin is responsible for leading the Baxa Corporation's sales growth from $26.5 million in 1997 to more than $65 million in 2004. Through his leadership, Baxa met the regulatory challenges of ISO 13485 and EN46001 (CE), while achieving operational excellence through the adoption of lean manufacturing processes and Six Sigma. Baldwin is responsible for developing a strong management team for the company as well as implementing its successful strategic planning process. His efforts have allowed the company to expand its international presence through new dealer agreements and sales office development, resulting in sales growth greater than 30%. He has used his sales management experience with Sprint and PictureTel Corporations to develop the direct sales team for Baxa Corporation’s US operations, growing the organization from five local representatives to more than 20 local and regional sales team members.

Along with his father, Chairman Emeritus Brian Baldwin, and his brother, President and COO Jeffrey Baldwin, Greg Baldwin leads the privately held Baxa Corporation to double-digit annual sales growth and organizational excellence.
